Discovery, Direction, and Design.

→ Trust the process.

1.0 - Discovery & Onboard

Building a relationship through creative collaboration.

With an open minded dialogue, we first listen and learn to build a realistic plan and foundation.

Experience shows us that an initial discovery process helps everyone shape priorities and move forward with confidence.

We can supply a timeline and schedule with key dates & gates based on the project scope.

Types of projects: We have worked with heritage brands, through to entrepreneurial start-ups. Here are some examples:

  • “We need branded graphic tops for our AW24 season, follow our direction and fulfill the line list with design proposals”. With clear deliverables, we can work right away.

  • Other times the brief can be more complex, where we become partners.“I have this fashion label, but I don’t know how to grow and develop it to 2.0”. We guide and direct, using experience and services to support that goal. This requires client commitment to pursue a shared vision.

Making visible the emotional and commercial opportunities.

→Creative Direction → Vision, narrative, dialogue, project management, and road maps, collaborating to bring the goal to life.

Vision can include your DNA, design road map, trend, inspiration, sound bytes, positioning, style and colour, market comp, contemporary influences, and anything that draws from your world.

→Design Process: We ideate, mind-map, sketch, edit, select, and move on to designing opportunities.

→Design Reviews - We are comfortable leading and planning reviews. Often 2-3 sessions are typical for a medium to large project. > For a smaller project then we can manage the amount of meetings needed to land the work too.
